They were not forthcoming with telling me they transferred my car to another location . I still don't have my car since my service advisor hadn't got around to transfer my car back to the Lewisville location. I waited a whole week before they even looked at my car even though I made reservations weeks before.

Front office lady was very nice. K.j made me feel very comfortable and welcomed. They did a great job on my car and I am very satisfied! I would recommend the Service King in Irving, TX to anyone. If I ever need service on my car again they will be the first collision repair center I go to.

Staff was great!! I got everything I needed taken care of in a timely manner. They were all personable and hospitable. I will continue to use service king in the future! Andy from Gieco and KJ from service king were my reps & I give them the highest of ratings!! My phone was low and KJ charged it for me while I waited & it's the little things that make the biggest difference! Thank you to everyone!!
