The repair was handled efficiently and in a friendly manner from dropoff to pickup. The repair and paint looks good. Any questions I had were answered fully. By the way, I don't have a smart phone, so by typing in the Internet link that was texted to my phone via my computer, I was able to answer the review.

Caleb was courteous & kept me informed via text, then phone. My car was ready when he said it would be & was clean & the damage was repaired & could not tell it had been wrecked.

Although they failed to tighten the bolts on the rims (putting me in a very dangerous position to drive on the highway), Caleb came out to where I was to tighten everything up and make sure my car was safe to drive. The next day I brought it in for a re-alignment and took care of it very quickly. For that I am thankful.
