I was very impressed with the level and quality of service provided to me at Service King. The representative that worked with me was Samantha St. John. She was very thorough with me but most impressive she would call me before the weekend to give me updates regarding the status of my car. She was incredibly attentive and helpful. Also, my car looks great of course, I couldn't believe Service King went as far as cleaning it after fixing it. Extraordinary Service! Thank you. -Juan C

Outstanding service. Superb workmanship and customer service. My adjuster kept me updated on repair status. The auto was not only repaired but detailed beautifully; both inside and out. Best experience I've ever had for repair service, workmanship and customer service. I rate the center and staff as ultra superior. I can't imagine a better experience at any other repair center. Thanks to all that contributed.

My rep was the best. The message method app used needs improvement. I was sent a message that my car would be ready on the 28th. When I called I was told not to pay attention to the messages.

I want to say thanks to Josie she was very nice to me and also she did a grate job on my vehicle. I am very satisfied with the job she did she is one in a million I think if we have a person like Josie doing a job for us there will be a no problem of worrying if the work will be done on time and perfect. Josie, my coordinator, was great! She kept me informed about my vehicle every day. She helped me understand that I was entitled to a car rental per the insurance company. Very customer service oriented. I could tell she enjoys her job. Great face for the company!
