Service King does excellent work. The staff is awesome Sal was my point of contact on my vehicle at the center on Bandera. He kept me both informed by text and by email. I new what was happening with my car from beginning to end. Service King is the Best Place in town for auto body repairs.

We picked up our car yesterday, I wasn't able to be there with my wife and daughter for the pick up of the vehicle, but as soon as they got home I noticed several scratches on the trunk of the car,and the back bumper. The fact that your people did a final walk around inspection and didn't see it,or chose to ignore it doesn't say much about the business your running. The damages were to the front end of my daughters car not the rear. I would like an explanation as to why these scratches are there now.

Sal kept me up to date with my car. I always knew what was going on so I appreciated that. And when I went in to pick up my car Jake helped me out but I had worked with him back at another Service King so it was nice to see him still proving great customer service. Even the body shop guys came out and asked me if everything looked good. Really great team at Bandera. I LOVED THIS SERVICE KING!

As I was leaving the parking lot I can hear a strange noise, and I tried calling Service King and I was on hold waiting for Daniel for 30 minutes before finally hanging up. I'll try again tomorrow.
