The first service king I ever went to broke part of my car then charged it to the insurance company to replace. Then kept my car for weeks waiting for a part...that they broke. Then when I got the car back it was missing items from inside. The second one I went to which this is a reply about, did not follow any instructions for proper care of my car. They instead informed me they knew what they were doing...but they didnt. They just thought they did. A 5 minute conversation with the mechanic which I requested and denied, would have prevented all of these issues. Also,they did not want to inform me about the extent of the damage before work started. It was a cumbersome effort just to get the preliminary report to approve repairs...they did not want me as part of the process. I will never return and make it my life's goal to make sure everyone I know never uses a service king as long as I am alive.

It may be small and Petty, **** my front end of the car was dirty where the repairs were performed. Also I noticed small chips in the paint which was not touched up. I was informed that they were Rock chips. My front end was damaged during an accident I would have expected for it to be completely repaired including any imperfections in the damaged area.
