I don't need a call from anyone because I did not like the customer service. My vehicle was in you'll a care for 2 weeks. I was told by the agent that she would call me every 3/4 to let me know how my vehicle was coming along. She also told me that I would be getting text messages on my vehicle and I shouldn't go by the date it tells me my vehicle will be ready. (Which if you'lls texting system isn't correct, that should be FIXED) Giving customers wrongfully information just isn't right! Back to my agent. I not ONCE received a call from her. I called on July 3rd to see if my vehicle was ready because that's what the text said, and the secretary who answered told me Angela wasn't in and she didn't have further info on my vehicle. So I asked her to have a supervisor call me back. (And I did NOT receive a call back) I called on July 5th to speak w/Angela and I received her voicemail. I left a message and she did NOT call me back. I called again on July 6th and got her voicemail again. She called me back and she left me a message about my vehicle.I called back the next day and she informed me that she wasn't sure when it would be ready because Dodge does not have my part I needed for the car. She said she'd let me know if I could go pick it up. She did not call back. Saturday I received a call at 11:23 from SK and they left me a message that I could pick up my car. 30 mins before the shop closed

The person I dealt with was Daniel and will come back if the opportunity presents itself based on his customer service alone. Out of all the inconveniences with an accident, he was one of the bright sides through this process. 10 out 10 from me!

You didn't fix everything and the guy I had to deal with was either a **** or just an ****. I'll determine which when I go back since my insurance says I have to go back to service king.
