Being a single female, I have always dreaded having to have any kind of car repair/service done on my vehicle as this is one area that I am not very knowledgeable in. I was especially leery just recently after being in an auto accident. I had some maintenance work done at a different facility in ****that I thought was a family owned operation that held honesty & integrity at the forefront. Unfortunately, my experience with them could not have been any further from those values. When choosing an auto repair facility just recently, I diligently searched for reviews & any customer feedback I could find. Service King in Plano seemed by reading all testimony to be the best choice. All of the positive reviews about this facility are there for a reason. The kindness from all of the staff, the timeliness in getting the repair completed, as well as constant communication throughout the entire process was impeccable. I dealt with Manuel & has several questions & each time regardless of what he was currently working on, I never had to wait more than even a minute before he was on the phone, kindly answering my question. Honestly....this place really is that good!!!!! Christi at the front desk is a doll too!!! Keep up the fantastic work!!! K. Dodds

I was impressed that Service King was deeply concerned with getting my vehicle completed timely and timely. Although there were a few hiccups, they made it their mission to get it right before contacting me to schedule pickup.

Every single person that I was in contact with about my vehicle (Mostly Mark) was so friendly and understanding. They made a bad situation less stressful with their care and continuous contact with me. They made my damaged bumper repair so easy to get over. I would recommend the location to anyone!

Didn't fix it right. I took my car back within an hour and they said it was fine. My car was still not fixed I took it to a Honda dealership and they said the used parts that Service King put in my car looked old and they said the strut is locked.

Paint job looks awesome!!! There is still a rattling and popping noise on the right dash side. The rear window also sounds like it is loose.
