Ingrid was awesome! Also the girls at the front desk. As a woman, I appreciated their service since I had never used Service King before but they were nice and helpful when making important decisions. Especially Ingrid. I apologize for not knowing the other two ladies names but I'll never forget the experience. Thanks :)

Calling your automated number to get to the local service guy is a bit of a hassle as every time I put in his extension it went back to the opening message.

This being my second time using Service king I must admit I'm blown away at the level of extraordinary customer service I recieved. My service adviser Ingrid was overly attentive and very kind. I'm not happy with the customer service and the service, I'm not recommended with my friends family and coworkers last guy gave me keys car that's it no explain nothing about the repair

My first experience with Service King was amazing. I received text messages with all the information I needed before my appointment and occasionally updates while my car was being repaired. Drop-off and pick-up was quick and easy. I have no complaints about Service King and if I ever need work done in the future I will definitely use Service King again.

Great job. Car looked very nice. Ingrid was excellent about keeping me informed of the progress. This was the 4th time I've used Service King and have. Ren happy every time. Will continue to use you if needed in the future.
