The communication throughout the staff was very poor. The secretary never relayed my message, the agent never knew what status my car was at unless I called and he would put me on hold to find out the certainty of the status. The agent was nice but the communication was really horrible.

Work was completed well ahead of time. A very pleasant surprise. The work done was amazing. I hope to never see this location again because i do not like being in a car accident. Except I am happy they took care of everything so well.

Great service above and beyond my expectations. I was informed all during the process by my account manager on the progress of my repair. He even sent me some pictures of the cars progress. Never had a service shop do such an excellent job of communicating the work progress before. Thanks for you great work as well. Looks brand new.

Ex element Nov on the repair. The wash they did after that was not as good as should have been. There was dirt between letters on tail gate.
