The work that was completed is very good. The staff was also very good. I had asked for a quote to have two small rubs painted in addition and was surprised that the price was so much. It felt as though this was something they just didn't want to do or even work with me on touching up. It could be s corporate direction but you need to know you left money on the table as this is something I will have painted and you were painting other areas of the vehicle anyway

I was pleased with the convenience of everything and the employees were very friendly. However, first, my check engine light and key indicator light were both lit when I picked up my car. I decided to drive a few miles to see if they turned off. They didn't, so I turned around and one of the servicemen took good care of me and ran a diagnostic and the check engine light issue was resolved quickly. However, he said my key batteries were just dead. I told him that I had replaced the battery 3 weeks ago. Then he told me that it must be because I don't have both sets of keys in my car. That has never been an issue for me before. But I took his word for it because I was late for work. Later in the day when I entered my car, I realized that the replacement door was not at all comparable to the door that I had. The replacement door does not have the push to unlock button on the handle. This is a very important feature for me because for work, I go to about 7 different school a day carrying heavy equipment. I bought a car with the smart unlock technology so that I didn't have to pull my keys out to unlock the door each time. I called as soon as I realized this and was transferred to a voicemail. That was yesterday at 12:45 PM. I have yet to hear back.

Top notch customer service! Any time I called to ask about my car they were always very professional and willing to update me about the whole process of my car being repaired. I didn't have one single bad encounter and the repairs on my car were excellent. I will definitely be referring friends and family!
