Everything was excellent from the first phone call to the second I picked up my car. Every employee was very pleasant and the whole experience was very efficient. I only went there because the lady who hit my car had Geico insurance and that is where they wanted me to go, but I would use Service King again.

Satisfied, yes. Jist not completely satisfied. It looks good. Just concernrd about the one part that not sitting in place tight with out being glued compared to the other side that fits in tight.

I was amazed at how quickly my vehicle was repaired. It was a fast turn around which was excellent! My vehicle looked perfect! Mark, Samuel & Shantell were a pleasure to do business with during this situation. I was kept in the know & was not stressed one bit. The car was continually trying to be returned to me before it was finished. I have this survey, but my car still isn't finished...nor do I have it. I'm nervous that it is not being repaired thoroughly.

I liked getting the daily status of my truck repair. My truck was 'Quality' repaired and cleaned to perfection when I picked it up!! Tammy is GREAT! She even started my air conditioner before I got in to drive it home! Excellent customer service!! Thank you Service King and Tammy!! Jackie T

I didn't realize that Ronnie Martin had not only replaced a cracked silver plate, but also fixed the flashing that was becoming a little loose. Friendly atmosphere. The paint job turned out great.
