I had such a great uplifting experience and felt really at home. Everyone I talked to seemed ever so friendly. Ron took care of me like a newborn so to speak. I never had such great customer service in my life .... ESPECIALLY FROM AN AUTOMOTIVE SHOP. Shops are known for being crooks, this one is by far the most opposite in such the greatest way. The process was efficient from beginning to end. I particularly appreciated the open communication provided by Ronald Evans. He kept me updated on the progress of my vehicle and went out of his way to ensure I was completely satisfied when I picked up my car. He was even considerate enough to remind me to get everything out of my rental car before I left. Amazing job and thanks for turning something as unpleasant as an accident into a pleasant experience.

The repairs look great but I had my car throw four fault codes after service. I think it's because the car was sitting so long. It had a misfire and a cold start fault. I wish they would have checked out the car before releasing it.
