The car ready almost two day earlier than expected and Kimberly kept me totally up to date and even helped me unload the rental vehicle into my car!! Above and beyond anything I expected!! Everyone was great!!!

Carrie is absolutely the most pleasant person to work with. She totally took care of everything and took the stress out of the situation. It's impossible to be unhappy while talking to her because she has a fantastic attitude (even after I left her a not so nice voicemail about something that was pretty much out of her control). But she took care of my complaint anyways in the best possible way she could, even though should could have chosen not to, and she was just super helpful and kind through out what could have been a very annoying situation! You can bet that if I have any other damage on future cars, I'll be calling her first. Thanks Carrie!!!

Was updated daily on progress of repair. Dillon Britton (Service Advisor) was very helpful. Got me some touch-up paint for stone chip on my hood from road debris. Car looks great.

The parts removed from my car were placed on the backseat of my car. (Read that twice). Right, who does that? Leaving my back seat dirty and marked up. I couldn’t believe it when I saw it. Even the box the parts came in was seating on the back seat. It seemed spiteful. Why they weren’t baged and in the trunk is beyond me. ???? Remember when you used to pick up you car from service and it was actually cleaned up for you? My vehicle is immaculately kept. This weekend I’ll clean the interior, after I take pictures and post pics on social media documenting how service king treats the vehicles of its coustmers. Shameful.
