My representative, Dillan, was outstanding and very helpful every step of the way. However, the repair technician(s) did not completely return my vehicle back to me as I had it before the accident. Mainly, they were not able to rewire the aftermarket fog lights correctly.

From my initial visit, to pick up time was extremely fast. But more importantly the Quality of the repair is phenomenal!!! I can't see where the initial damage was. Which, of course, is the idea! Hopefully I will never require your services again! But, should the need arise, I will Definitely use your company!!!

This has NOTHING to do with my service Advisor, Dillon. But after a $10,000 repair, I would expect the car to be nicely cleaned. Ideally Detailed; but just a $30 Wash Tub wash would be nice. Shocking that a car is returned after you guys make a 30-40% margin and it's moderately cleaned. I spent 30 minutes vacuuming it and cleaning all the dust off the dash. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. That's like a realtor remodeling a house for $100K and having a yard with weeds and unmowed grass. How is that even a business practice that is tolerated? Ruins the entire experience of having a car that is repaired so well. I have only a few pictures that show the condition of the car. Dumbfounded. Just for a $35 investment to make the whole experience good, I would go to another provider next time. Again, shocking that your industry thinks they can spend over the allotted time, which companies st me over $200 because you had the wrong parts. Not my fault, not my insurance company's fault. Yet you took no financial responsibility. So, for $190, you lost a customer. Disappointed and not happy at all. Dillon was great. Your service was NOT! 2008 Mercedes CLK 350 -!Andaz A
