My associate is very professional and personable. He ensured all my needs were met. The text updates are very innovative and useful. I love to be kept informed. I love Enterprise rental service (being able to leave the rental at Service King for pickup).

Julian was my service representative and was very helpful through our entire experience with service king. My car was hit in a parking lot while parked and service king got the repairs done in a timely and effective manner. I enjoyed yalls texting service with updates. I will not only be returning to service king for any future repairs or service , but will always reccomend this company to friends and family.
