I liked the personal touch with daily texts from service king on how the vehicle was doing and at what stage. The front receptionist lady was very friendly, and so was my agent handling my repair, Carrie. The repair work seems to be very good, and the car runs well.

Great service from the minute I walked in the door (receptionist), and Kimberly Gray was an awesome service advisor. She had me in and out in about 20 minutes, and then kept me updated on the status of repairs. If my wife or I have damage to our vehicles anytime in the future, Service King will be my first choice for repairs

All the covers for the rear of the Hylander were left undone as putting them back and the tool box that fits under the carpet was left standing straight up, as well as the other items, in the back seat of the car. Had to make another trip for those things to be put back where they belonged. Other than that things were fine. Thanks

Vehicle was not completed. Vehicle had scratches, smudges, parts that had been damaged and placed back. The inside of the vehicle was dirty in areas worked on and broken glass was found throughout the dashboard which made it a safety hazard. Very disappointed.
