Kimberley was amazing. She took my car in really early like 2 hrs ahead then returned it in two days. Fast quick service and awesome customer service from Kimberley and I believe it was Michelle (blonde hair) she was so sweet. I thank both of them for there service and great experience. I promise this was the best service I ever had with dealing with car repairs . Just amazed. Thanks.

Well several things were not to our satisfaction. I understand the lack of repairs were not up to Megan. It was our insurance that did not allow for the repairs. However I was upset that our vehicle had to be rekeyed due to the fact that one of your employees took our key home. We were not informed when we picked up our car. The next morning when I tried to go to work, the car would not start with my key. It caused a great inconvenience for us. I had to find other means of transportation for the day. When I returned home I called Megan to ask if something was wrong with my key. She said that she was not informed about the new key until yesterday morning but that she didn't have time to call me to tell me. How do you not have time for something important like that. My husband was already going to buy a new battery or pay to get my key synced. I feel that was poor communication on your part. Now I have to take more time to go all the way out there on Monday to get my key synced. Obviously your company lacks communication skills, amongst each other and with the customers
