Your representative (Kimberly) was very nice and professional. When I first brought my vehicle in for an estimate as requested by USAA, I was told that I would have to pay a 500 deductible. I explained to Kimberly that USAA sent me an email stating that my deductible able was waived due to the other parties insurance accepting full liability (which Kimberly verified). After the repairs were done, Kimberly called to say it was ready and was already pulled up out front of Service King. I arrived and did the "inspection" of the repairs which took only a few minutes and the work that was done was great but there was sticky stuff on the arm rest and dirt in the seat. Someone was called to clean the seat and arm rest off. I thought I was ready to leave but I was told they couldn't release my vehicle because I owed 500. I tried to explain that I already went through this with Kimberly, I was told there were no notes in my file from her to indicate that my deductible was waived by USAA. I finally got out my USSA card (for the phone number) and as I'm trying to call my USAA rep, Debbie who works at your front desk, decided to also also pick up the phone and call USAA... and USAA confirmed my statement. I finally left but during all this I had to have my assistant cancel my appointments that I was unable to make because of the situation. That was yesterday, today I get a call from Kimberly apologizing for everything but said she called for another reason. I needed to come by at "my convenience" because they forgot to put my licence plate back on. Well, as I was driving to Service King, a policeman pulls me over, I tried to explain the situation and I got the same look I got when I told your team that I didn't owe 500. The officer followed me to your facility and waited until I finally pulled out with the license plate on. Again, being being detained by the officer and then having the plate put on... I missed another appointment. If the need arises, I will probably ask USAA to give me a different service provider. Your staff was nice but the inefficiency leaves a lot to be desired when you need to manage your time.

The job took a bit longer due to a small dent that was not repaired. The dent was made by a tool used in replacing the cargo hatch door. Additionally the door was not aligned exactly. However SK amicably repaired the dent and made the needed adjustments on the door. In the end the entire job was well done.

There are minor reasons why I was not completely satisfied ****. There were few scratches on the car, which I observed at the time of pickup. They had to detail the car twice. 2. The rear break lights is not working, someone forgot to connect all the wires -- I hope it's as simple as plug and play. Overall, I'm satisfied with the service and the notification. Kimberly stayed on top of everything and kept me informed by periodic phone calls. Thank you

Erica & Mike (Travelors Concierge) provided exemplary customer service. Very pleasant & professional. They made my experience there great. I had my doubts initially after dealing with Kimberly (handling the USAA claim) who was not only rude, but she even put words in my mouth when I asked her legitimate questions. If it wasn't for the 2seperate claims with 2different insurances, I wouldn't have hang around, would have taken my business elsewhere. But glad I did as Erica & Mike took their time to address my concerns & were pleasant the entire time. Even Henry, the technician was very pleasant.

The work took a little long and I noticed a spot that I'm sure I asked to have fixes that was not. I'd like to bring the car in tomorrow. On the plus side the work that was done looks great and Erika was very professional.

Customer service was really great. Margie was my rep and she constantly kept me in the know by sending me update emails on my car and calling me with updates and any questions. She did such a great job. My car looked perfect too!
