I liked talking to the sercvice supervisor, if available. Prefer call backs more quickly after leaving messages. Central call center NOT a customer friendly device albeit I’m sure it is cost effective.

Don’t park cars under the tree! The service and work was great. The only issue I have was I had bird crap all over the roof of the car. And since I can’t use a car wash for at least 30 days I had to go and hand wash the vehicle.

Damage from the accident was not repaired. Vehicle was delivered when it wasn't ready. No one seems to have investigated my concerns about my steering wheel locking up while driving. Very disappointed in your inability to pay attention to details.

Pablo was awesome! I had a short time frame in which I needed my car repaired due to traveing out of town for the holiday and an upcoming surgery upon my return. When my car wasn’t going to be ready the day I needed it, Pablo took it upon himself to deliver my vehicle to me. Not only that, but he noticed my car had a bad tire on it, but because I had surgery and wouldn’t be able to drive my car to have it fixed myself, he even made sure my cars tire got fixed at a neighboring Discount Tire store before delivering it to me! Talk about customer service!! So grateful for Pablo and Service King for always making sure the job is done right and going above and beyond to do so.

Service king did an amazing job on my vehicle . I was completely satisfied with the work they did. Carrie did a great job of keeping us informed of the progress of the repairs and was very accommodating when we went to pick up the vehicle - the roads were busy and there was a chance we would arrive after closing so she said she would wait for us. In the event we made it on time but it was good to know Carrie was willing to hold on for us. Thank you

Protective Honda rear-bumper appliqué missing. Trunk release unlocks trunk lid but it fails to spring open as per original specs. Rear license plate screws/chrome caps missing. Admittedly minor, but it is a brand new car. Probably easy corrections which I am confident Gilbert will follow-up on.

Front left wheel, which took the force of the hit and was damaged, was repaired rather than replaced. This was evident as soon as I drove the vehicle above 40, and would have manifested upon any test drive - which obviously was not conducted. Now I have already turned in my rental, but don’t have the use of my vehicle. Very inconvenient on a holiday weekend when no one will be available to look at/repair my vehicle for several days.
