Everything was great with one exception that I still need to address. Apparently they had to get into the trunk in making the repair. The trunk release button is not in a jammed position so I need to take the car back for them to work on it. Also, the spare tie bracket was not put back on the spare tire. Other than that, very pleased with their work.

The Lewisville Team did a great job. The repairs look fine and the service was exceptional. It was also convenient having Enterprise at the location. Would ask the Call Center give better instructions. They said I had to get an estimate and then come back for repairs. i thought both could be done at the same but was told that was not the process. Luckily the Lewisville Shop knew what they were doing and I was able to drop off and get a rental car. Was in and out in 30 min. Great job guys! John
