I still don't have my car. It took 3 extra days to replace all key locks and reprogram the remotes. It took me 3 seconds to see the remotes don't work. Total waste of nearly 2 ****/2 hours.

Work was done in a professional manner to my satisfaction. There were daily updates on the progress of my repairs and was completed before the ready date they provided. Having car rental services on site was also a big benefit. Overall I am completely satisfied.

From the second i was greeted at the door dropping my car off to picking it up, i had nothing but amazing service. For a situation that is usually dreaded and awful, i was amazed at how fast my car was fixed, the quality of service was perfect and the customer service was the best ive had in years. Thank you for such an amazing experience!

due to high volume of repairs it took 12 days to complete my bumper repair. It should have only taken 3 days. The call center should not have had me bring in my car until the volume was lower. My car sat, while I was paying for a rental car.

I'm in California and haven't seen the car yet. My daughter picked it up. She left work early to get the car but hit very heavy traffic. The lady stayed late and waited for her and had the car pulled up for her. That's the "service" in Service King, I suppose!
