The whole process was quick and professional. Taryn Jones was our service advisor. She was professional, explained the process well and answered questions. Alex Westmoreland at Enterprise was great as well. The office was clean and spacious. I really appreciated the text updates. The work done looks great. Garrett was very quick to respond when I left messages. He also worked very hard to accommodate me with scheduling. The two ladies at the front desk were always efficient and pleasant. Please keep more cold water bottles in the mini fridge.

I was getting damage repair for two separate incidents that involved different insurance companies. The Lewisville team coordinated everything without hesitation. Two estimates for damages on opposite sides of the vehicle. One trip in to get estimates and drop off vehicle for repair. How easy can it get.

Jay was great, but when my husband brought our van back the clear hood protector was not installed like we were billed for and the front grill was all scraped up. Had I picked it up and noticed I wouldn't have left with the van like that. I called and left a message for Jay to get this resolved. Other than that, the texting communication was great!

My car was sent to get detailed before I picked it up. If it was a good detail job, seat discoloration from the accident would not have still been visible. Also, the drivers side mirror had bug splatters. I would have liked to get a clean car back. From the time my car was in your possession, I made sure to ask about the cleaning of the chemicals from the air bag deployment. I feel like I was brushed off. I have asthma and am still concerned about whether the chemicals are truly removed after being allowed to soak in almost a full month.
