I was very satisfied with my customer service experience up until a point. I understand where things arise in the ordering and repair that alters the deliverable date. However, the one thing that can make this change in schedule acceptable to a customer is clear cogent communication and empathy. The ability to track your repair is a nice touch and the email/SMS updates that accommodate are a great luxury. They only prove effective if things go as planned which is a perfect scenario and happy path. There did not seem to be a contingency in plan for how to communicate digitally, nor personally (which I feel is imperative if things go south) to communicate the burden now on the customer's expectations. The follow up required too much effort on my part when the onus should have rested with Service King.

Lewisville Service King gets a 10 I would go up there from Dallas just for their Service and work Couldn't be more please with Lewisville Sevice Kings Service

Todd was extremely helpful. The insurance company made the check out to the leasing company and my daughter instead of Service King. Tone handled everything for us. Have damage to another vehicle and I am definitely using Service King.

I was not completely satisfied, it took longer than anticipated, and I also had more chargers than expected. Ryan was very accommodating though, I was running late due to a wreck on the highway so he waited for me to get there. I also forgot to bring back the rental with enough gas so again he waited for me to go get gas although they should have been closed.

Ned to bring the car back for three known issues ****. Front right tire monitor is not registering PSI values to the computer 2. Air conditioning not working 3. Proximity sensor on right side doesn't work for door unlocking In taking the car back in next week to get these issues resolved
