I don't think anyone looked at the quality of the work before they said it was ready to pickup. I rejected it. I only hope when I go in tomorrow that that the 2 problems have been corrected.

The rock chip inhibitor sticker was not removed before the car door was repainted. Waiting for a call back from my service advisor on bringing it back.

The only problem that I had was with your reservation people. I made an appointment for the estimate and the repair and both times the reservation was not in the computer when I got there. However, Jay was very nice and took care of me both times.

My electrical system was messed up (there was a short) during the accident. I told service King this before I dropped off the car, when I dropped off the car and before I picked it up. They kept blowing me off that the short couldn't have resulted from the accident. They broke a dome light and then replaced it but the short occurred again right after I left Service king. i have taken it now to a shop

Very good communication from Sean. Thorough and considerate of client needs. Receptionist prompt to greet upon entry. Enterprise rental staff helpful and pleasant. Really like the daily text updates. Car looks brand new. Very satisfied and will recommend.
