Very good follow up through out the process. I knew exactly what was happening and when it would be complete. Work was actually done ahead of schedule. The work itself was excellent.

Sean did an excellent job all the way through. Including constant updates. That was really nice The one thing I was VERY disappointed in was the way Enterprise tries to influence the customer to purchase extra insurance when it was not necessary. Most people's regular insurance transfers to a rent car. For that very reason, I will never choose Enterprise again. People are hard strapped enough these days.

The only negative is the text message system about updates. I got messages about my car being ready after I had all ready picked it up. Also I got the survey text message this morning at 6:16 am, that's way too early!!

Sean did a great job of keeping me informed the entire way. The repair was performed much quicker than I ever expected. The rental car on site made it easy to switch out vehicles both on the drop off and pick up. The work on the vehicle looks top notch and replaced parts are also top notch.

This is my second time at Sercie King and Sean was great both times . Kept me informed about what was going on and what they found. He made sure the color match was perfect and it being the throwback Plum Crazy Purple from Dodge that isn't easy. Very professional and would definitely recommend them to someone and come back agin if I need to.
