The Travelers staff worked great with your team to make this a hassle free process for me but still made sure I knew exactly what was going on with my vehicle. I Could not have asked for a better experience under the circumstances. Everyone was helpful, I received several updates on the Ins. and the repair. I received a loan car at no expense to me. I would recommend Service King to anyone. Also the repair was very timely, less than a week.

Everyone was great at this facility! Especially Logan! He was very thorough and sent updates on what stages my car was and managed my expectations on when I should expect it to be completed. The repairs were perfect. As I told Logan, I am a car accident "virgin", not knowing what to expect and Service King exceeded my expectations. Thank you for excellent customer service!
