The work was completed in a timely manner and well done. But what I was most impressed with was the customer service I received from Ron Evans. He was thorough in his explanation, was courteous and has very nice people skills. All of those qualities are hard to find these days. He deserves commendation, if not more for his ability and effort.

Rickey was my service man. He was extremely helpful through the whole process. He kept me up to date on the progress of my car. He was kind, friendly, and very knowledgeable. The inside of the car has white dust all inside it. The door was to be repaired but during the blending process white paint got on the fender. So now the fender has some scratches or paint on it.

My 3rd time using Service King. I am satisfied but I did not receive the same level of service with my advisor as I did the previous times. I had to call several times to get updates & often calls not returned. I found out later Kayla was on vacation. I would’ve thought when I asked for her instead of giving me her voicemail they would’ve connected me with whoever was handling my repair while she was out.

Good - All the staff was very good . Reception experience was good and my service professional was good too . Bad - I was drinking soda kind of drink Bai while my accident and bai brand drink spilled inside and I told service king person during evaluation and authorization process to clean the car from inside but my car was not cleaned from inside . This was miss from service king and incomplete repair done by service king . Rental return experience was good as I had on site rental return location . Overall, it was kind of okey service but not satisfactory . Sugession - either it was miss by service person in the beginning to put it on work order or check/quality person to make sure all task was done per work order. People are not wrong process are wrong and human error need to be corrected thru more training , if any .
