There is electrical issues with the car that is directly related to the repair. When I got the car home, I got out, locked the car, and about 3 seconds later, the car doors unlocked themselves. I walked to the front of the car, and noticed that the parking lights were flashing and the headlights were on. Then both side windows rolled down by themselves. I drove back to Service King and was told that it was probably because the car had not been driven for so long (3 weeks) that there is probably due to a disconnect between the key fob and the computer. I'm holding my breath.

I had a cabin air filter cover in the passenge. Floor board. When they cleaned my car it was thrown away. I called Melissa, explained and with in afew minutes it was located and i was called right away. This may not seem to important, but to me it is. They could have said sorry and let it go. Must not be the Service Kings way. Thank you very much. I would recommend and will anyone to your business. I will definitely return for any paint or body work. Awesome job!!

We appreciate the honesty about the condition of our car and how well the repairs were done. However, we were surprised how long it took.thankfully, we had a rent car or we would have been in a pickle. Over all we were very pleased with the service.

No need to contact me however you should not release vehicles when the paint job has bubbles in it. You had the vehicle for two weeks and every time we called (because it was promised a week earlier) we stayed on hold forever! When calling first thing in the morning would not get a call back until around 5 and usually I had to call back and hold.

I was very impressed with Melissa Greene's knowledge of the car repair process from the first time I met her. She was very patient and answered all my questions in depth but in layman's terms so I understood it. (Well most of it, but I got the main idea.) There were some technical terms and she explained it by comparing the door to an onion with different layers. Anyway, I was a little disappointed when I found out that the door frame was bent and it would take longer than originally estimated, but I understand that you can't tell exactly how much damage there is until you actually get inside. Melissa did an excellent job keeping me informed by phone messages and text messages. If she couldn't get back to me right away she apologized for the delay when she did respond. Every time I called, the receptionist was very cordial and put me through right away. I am 110% satisfied with the work that was done and the customer service I received. I will definitely be giving Service King on South Freeway a thumbs up on Facebook and I will tell everybody I know what a great experience I had. Thank you to all who worked on my daughter's car that I never saw. I appreciate it very much! It looks fantastic! The vacuuming of the inside was a bonus too! Even the beach towels that my son left on the floor were folded neatly on the back seat! Nice touch!

Missed the committed completion date by 2 days, then when the car was finally finished, they could not give at least an estimated time of completion. All I was told was "by the end of the day", well the end of the day for that shop is 6pm, and I didn't receive a call that it was finally complete until 5:40pm leaving us to scramble and try to get there before they closed for the day.
