They left my hatch back messed up and some things took apart and I could not put it all back together because I could not place a few things and find where they belong so I have some pieces that are loose/lost in the back of my car. I find the way they left my car/inside unsatisfactory and unprofessional.

Fit and finish incomplete, painted over small damage.estimate was around ten working days it has been a month Installed damaged bumper.

I took my car in because I was in a collision and the gentleman looked at my vehicle only the back rear end and told me that there was nothing wrong besides just the bumper in the scratches and that's why they had to replace the bumper or fixed it but no one ever thought to look at the front suspension nor to see if anything happened to the axle because the car needs an alignment done and I just got it alignment before I was in the Collision

My car was ready a day later than the date and time stated. Not a huge deal, but it was never communicated to me. The phone system was down and no one answered the text message, forcing me to go to the shop to see if the car was ready. Turns out my advisor was out sick. You need to work on staff communication if all it takes is for a guy to be out sick to throw the whole thing out of whack. Otherwise I’m happy with the job quality and service.

The Service King Team was very knowledgeable and helpful through my entire experience. Throughout the duration of the time my car was getting worked on, they were constantly sending me updates on my vehicle almost daily and actually finished early that projected. I am thoroughly satisfied with my services received and would recommend anyone to use Service King for their car repair needs!
