I let Garrett know in detail why I am upset. The GM waa not on site for me to speak with or i would have relayed my displeasure as well. Someone can call me to discuss. However I will say, when it was "visually inspected" with the assumption of a cash job, Service Kings commitment was to their P&L. When we decided to go through insurance bc the family that hit me couldn't pay that price, Service Kings commitment switched to how can we ensure State Farm pays as little as possible. Me (the customer) is over here waving my hands in the air saying what just happened and why didn't anyone call me to tell me what they where doing to fix my sub. I feel it was a very unethical business practice and I will tell my friends and family and anyone else who asks what happened and not to trust Service King. Remember, I had no skin in the game...no money out of my pocket. But if the lady who hit me knew it was only going to be 800 to repaint a bumper she could have paid for it!! She wouldn't have an at-fault collision on her record, her insurance wouldn't have gone up and we probably could have done it quicker and cheaper somewhere else. Hence why I am questioning your business practice!

Excellent customer service from the time I stepped out of my vehicle until the time it was returned to me! I love the text message updates as well as my actual service agent calling me with detailed updates about what part of the process my car was in. Kudos for completing my car before the scheduled time of completion! Superb work make my accident looked like it never happened! Definitely coming back when something else happens!

We were very impressed with the prompt and thorough communication provided by Peter. He called us to update before we felt the need to call him, always called when he said he would, provided any and all details he had about the repairs and he was so courteous and kind! Our truck was also finished well before the deadline which was a huge bonus for us! Thank you service kings for your great service.

Service King was awesome!! Mike Clifton and his crew had my truck repaired and back as good as new way ahead of schedule! The paint matches perfectly, no runs, nothing at all wrong with their work. I will highly recommend them to anyone who wants the job done right.
