I really liked the text message updates. Also, Peter always kept me informed about the status of my car while it was in the shop. My car was ready before the expected time so that was a plus. Overall,it was a good and positive experience.

Didn't like how my advisor talked to me infront of staff. It seemed he doesn't like his job. I personally been working with custoner service for many years. I understand there's days that are hard but still no need for that.

I did have to go back because of a minor incomplete job, I will definitely chalk it up to human error, no biggie...but I lost some work time...and while waiting I notice two addition customers returning after a 'completed" jocb and the had similar experiences/complaints. Maybe you need a Quality control staff member dedicated to just that. ...other than that I was completely satisfied with the process and my experience. Also, great front desk, the last staff member from last year was a nightmare to deal with, the current ladies are doing a great job. I would definitely return if I needed to and would definitely recommend others to your business.
