My car was on E when I picked it up. The gas light was on. My car was not picked up on "Empty". You guys should at least make sure the tank is ****/4 full. I almost ran out of gas due to traffic. Also, I was told that I wouldn't have to fill up my rental but then told that I had to put gas in the car. Toward the end of the service date I did not get a call about my car status. The staff was friendly, however but I cannot say that I was completely satisfied.

Overall experience was great... Work looks great. My car had damage to the rear taillight ... I'm pretty sure the entire rear of the car was repaired/replaced and looks like a brand new car which I was very impressed with .. Only thing is my blinker doesn't work. I just assumed that would have been repaired also. I'm going to have my husband or son replace the bulb ... Hopefully that's the only thing it needs... If not I will have to bring my vehicle back ????

My check was declined so I spoke with my bank and the informed me that there is absolutely no reason for it to be declined and the girl at the front I wouldn't say she was rude but she certainly wasn't nice about it. Also I was told I would get up dated and notifications through out the entire process but I brought my vehicle in Wednesday the 16th at 7:30am the only update I recived was on Friday about 5:00pm that the paint job had just been finished and there were just a few more touch ups before the final inspection then I would get another call sometime Monday.
Overall I was very satisfied with how my vehicle was treated and how my claim has been handled thus far I give Service King an 7.5 out of 10 and would be happy to recommend it to my friends and family. I also plan to go back later this year or beginning of next year to get some unrelated damage taken care of.
