Picked up car today. Lots of items not completed. Driver seat recliner broken in loss, not fixed. Grease mark and puncture hole in headliner by repair area. Missing bolt cover on rear bumper. Missing package tray mount pin on liftgate. Missing 3 headliner retainers on rear. Missing shift lock override access cover on console. Interior not cleaned, bondo dust all over entire interior. Interior smells of grease and welding (Expected). Will be bring vehicle back on Monday.

Alex communicated with me during the repair process. But I had to leave the car on Saturday as the repairs were not completed. You were paid to repair The decklid with full refinish. This included r/I of the taillamps, and replacement of the v6 emblem. Instead, to partial refinish the Decklid and taped off the bottom and did not r/I anything not replace the emblem. That is not acceptable and is unethical. I left my car with Ted. He said he would take care of it. Do what you were paid to do, that is fair, and all anyone can ask.
