Service King (DeZavala Rd San Antonio) Is totally client-focused! I was referred to them by my State Farm Agent of many years JG Merghman who has all his vehicle services done at Service King. The text notification process of progress is excellent. The repairs, service, and warranty were all done in a manner of excellence. My service advisor Philip Silgero is a great asset to this company and facility! All employees went the extra mile to provide great customer service!

Edward was great to work with. The repair job was flawless. And the work was completed ahead of schedule. The only thing that made it even better was that I received regular text and phone updates on how things were going, so that I felt comfortable with scheduling my activities around the repair time of the vehicle. All together, great job!

My experience was very positive. Edward Addicks Service Advisor was very knowledgeable and kept me informed of the status of my repair. My vehicle was ready 6 days ahead of schedule. When I saw it i was extremely pleased with the results. I would highly recommend Service King to anyone that needs body repair on their vehicle. I would like to thank everyone at Service King from the reception to the people who work on the vehicles and the Service Advisors.
