I dropped my car off on Tue April 24th & was told it "might" be ready by Sat but more than likely by Mon. I was also told that I would be getting daily text mssgs on the progress but neither happened. I understand that these things take time because my family is in this business. So my advise is don't make promises you can't keep. Other than that they did a great job on my car. They went above what most shops do, by buffing out a couple of extra marks and buffing the headlights back to life. They also vacuumed out my car & washed it. This is the 3rd vehicle that Service King has done for me and there is a reason I keep going back. Thanks for the great service. Thanks Edward.

I got mixed signals about when car would be ready and what stage of repair it was in. Text messages would say one thing, service advisor would tell me something else, Service King website would show a different status. Didn’t know what was right and what wasn’t . And then I wouldn’t hear anything from anybody for several days even though I was told my car would be ready the next day then nothing for 2 ****/2 days.

Our experience with Service King was wonderful. Dropping off our car on Wednesday for the claim estimate, and then picking it up Fully repaired on Friday was beyond belief. Staff were courteous and helpful. Tyler even arranged and paid for an Uber ride home! I highly recommend Service King , and give it 5 stars for quality and service.

This was my first time in my 12 years of driving that I have had to get any major repairs done for a vehicle and Service King made it a much better experience than I worried it would be. I was given frequent updates about parts being shipped and repair statuses, and the staff was attentive and knowledgeable. If in this situation again, I would definitely trust Service King to get the job done quick and right.
