When given an expectation and having it changed not once but twice adding on two thirds real time, and your phone system not getting messages to my service rep, it made for an irritating experience. Other things but too much text too.

Everything went smoothly. But, I will recommend to friends or family to NOT sign up for text reminders because I was always told to ignore them because they were not accurate.

I loved the service I got and how quickly my car was repaired, given the amount of damage. Edward was especially helpful and made sure I had no issues with the entire process. I would definitely return if I needed repairs in the future. Couldn’t be happier!

I greatly appreciated your service representative, Frank.It took a very long time because it was the holiday season.He kept me aware and up to date.Because of me being inconvenienced, Frank even credited me because i had to wait after hours . The weather caused some of the problems. He had a Christmas Spirit heart.

The hood which was replaced has imperfections in the paint and I will have to return the car for correction. I made it clear that I was not in a hurry to get the car back and it is disappointing that the repair was not done perfectly the first time. Now I have to inconvenience myself to return the car for a re do.

I was told my vehicle would be ready on Thursday, December 28. That info was given to me on Tuesday, December 26. Arrive to pick up my vehicle, and was told that morning that it was not ready. This was frustrating considering I had rearranged my morning to pick up my vehicle and drop off the rental car. Having a hard time understanding why wasn’t contacted the day prior to let me know that my vehicle wasn’t ready.
