When I arrived at 9:29 for my 9:30 appt, my assigned advisor was too busy to talk with me. I was told 2 people were ahead of me waiting to talk to him. Another new guy helped me, took notes, view the truck & had me sign papers. I did receive texts about the vehicle status, however advisor did not contact me until vehicle was almost complete.
I feel if I have an appointment, then I should be seen. I feel I should have been contacted about the results that were found before work began as well.

Car was not ready when picked up, it was missing part of interior door handle. When pointed out missing part was told by tech that he noticed that but didn’t think anything of it. He took car back to shop, then returned saying they didn’t have the part and would have to come back again when they called us. The bill was paid in full and I received nothing in writing about the missing part

I had to call about my car at the end of the day on the expected date of completion and then was told it wouldn’t be ready until the next week. After complaining and wanting to talk to the manager I was then told it would be ready in an hour when I live 40 minutes away. It now is making intermittent noises that it didn’t before I brought it in. Everything was perfect leading up to my expected completion date and then it fell apart.

I have to say Bravo to everyone at the local shop!! I really appreciated all the extra efforts by the girls up front. Thank you girls!! Bobby promised me to keep me informed through the entire process and he did! The finished job is beautiful! Just one complaint and that has to do with the call center. They let me down numerous times and gave me conflicting information more than once.

I was not updated as promised. If advisor is busy, ladies sitting at front desk could be updating your clients on web site or by text. I had to initiate contact 3 times regarding the status of my vehicle. I was never contacted as promised after the first call, when I checked the site on 12/4 it showed my car completion date as 12/4. I called, was told the advisor left sick, my car was not ready, that was an estimate date, someone would follow up with me. No one called. I called 12/8, was told car ready for pick up. I stated my concerns regarding no calls, was told advisor would call. He did call, confirmed my cell#, stated he had been texting wrong number, twice I left Home #, only left cell on 12/8.
