Everything was handled very well and timely. I liked the updates and the repair looks good as new. I liked having the rental company in the same building that was very convenient. I had some issues with the car but it was not the peoples fault, It was a flat, other than that a good overall experience.

Quality of paint is average. Bumper has some gaps (side and trunk). Communications was very good though. I was just expecting better quality on the finish.

I brought my car in to be repaired and the only repairs that were done to my car was body work. Service King did a great job repairing the body of my car but did no mechanical repairs. My car still shakes like crazy when stopping and the power steering still does not work

Kayla Hensiek was our Service Advisor. She is very professional, efficiently checked us in when we arrived, and gave us an estimate of three days to complete the work. My wife and I were grateful with being without our vehicle for only three days. During the process, Kayla kept us informed of the progress, and actually completed the work a day ahead of schedule. We were ecstatic! Service King is the best collision repair center we have ever used, especially since they hire advisors such as Kayla. She did an outstanding service for us. Thank you!
