I was very impressed with everything there. The friendliness of the staff, how quickly my car was finished, and the work looks great (Thanks for the carwash and vacuum also!). Everything went so nice and smoothly. Very satisfied!

There are many issues with our service to my son's car from communication to misinformation to lack of information and no ownership. At this point neither me nor my wife will ever use Service King again. Towards the end a gentleman by the name of Rick stepped up to the plate and finished out the process that should have been should have happened from the beginning.

It several phone calls over several weeks in order to have this repair completed. Over 15 hours of waiting on hold, calls to the local office only to be told they could not assist in scheduling. Upon acquiring an appointment, my representative could not remember on which end of my vehicle he was going to repair, or with which parts. Enterprise Rental was just a frustrating, unanswered calls, dirty rental vehicle and complaining about my insurance company. If ever I need a vehicle repaired in the future, Service King will not be an option.
