I am not happy about the fact that my vehicle was damaged while still in service king's possession and I am having such a difficult time trying to get anyone to do anything to get it repaired

I am happy with the repairs done due to the wreck. But im praying Service King will cover the damages done to the car from the freak hailstorm that hit them the day I was scheduled to pick it up.

We were completely satisfied with Service King. They did a great job on repairing our truck. My service adviser called me every day to keep me up to date on where they were on my repaires. The truck was done before the promised completion date. We will be using Service King for any future repairs. Thanks The Tucker Family

Really great service . Phillip Duffey made this easy and personally called me more than five times to update . My car was so clean when I got it back I hardly recognized it . Yes, job well done. This was our third time using Service King.This past experience was tops. Rickey received our vehicle on Monday, and it was ready for pick up on Tuesday evening. Really appreciate the quick turn around.The car was washed and cleaned, looked very good. Mr. & Mrs Cousin
