When you go from driving a brand-new pickup to a compact you are ready to go nuts! Customer service was excellent and in such a horrible non customer driven world this was more than refreshing. Everyone at Service King (receiptionist)!was so very pleasant and helpful. They even have an Enterprise Car Rental inside the building to make getting a car rental effortless. Nathan and the Service Kimg team turned a negative experience (the wreck) into a positive one. They completed my repair ahead of schedule. I don’t know if any other repair facility, including the Honda dealership, that would give a lifetime warranty on the repairs they made. It looks like new again. Wow! A fantastic job!

I m waiting for my mechanic to open. Burn smell and front end shaking. Was told my concern on the engine light, was a bad sensor. So now I am losing a day work but a light sensor didnt cause this.

Took 3 trips to get estimate. Then had lease plan email me a 2 week later needing the estimate. Took truck in for repairs 2 days later they called me about removing lift gate didn’t know how. Found Bolts loose at time of pickup. Not a fan of this shop.
