Excellent service from start to finish. Philip Duffy and his team completed the repairs sooner than projected and had the car all cleaned up and ready to go. He even stayed late to help me get the car when it was completed. Great job from the on-site Enterprise rental unit, also.

The work was outstanding. I was informed about what was going on which was very helpful. The work was accomplished ahead of schedule. Phillip Duffy was great and if I have another car wreck I will use Service King and would request Mr. Duffey as my service advisor. He took the time to explain what needed to be accomplished. He is an outstanding Service advisor and extremely knowledgeable.

The text updates were nice. I was shocked when my car was ready to go in 2 days as opposed to 6 which was projected. It was nice to get my car back and I can get the last part when it comes in rather than having my car sit at the shop waiting for one part.
