I really like the service because I did not Lost time at all. Everything was on time: my appointments, the rental car, the time of ick up the car. That was the best part. When I picked up my car it looked great, like a new car. Another good thing is when they up date every step that their doing with your car. Thank you so much for your service

My rep, Phillip Duffey was OUTSTANDING in every aspect!! His professionalism was evident from the initial meeting - you could not ask for a better representative of your firm. I appreciated the text updates I received daily on the status of the repairs, but even more significant were the personal calls I received from Mr Duffy. The delivery of the repaired vehicle by Mr Duffy was just as professionally done as was his explanation of all the paperwork.

I don't like the fact that the items in my trunk are now covered in dust. They easily could have been inside the car as repairs where being made to the trunk area.

Both Daniel and Ken were great-very professional, and extremely helpful and friendly. I'm a picky Corvette owner, so I really appreciate them and Service King and all that you do to provide great customer service and an awesome, superior, & timely finished product! I was really impressed by how great I was kept up to date with current progress, and how easily accessible the people that helped me were to me. I will definitely recommend all my family and friends and I would definitely return for future vehicle repair needs. No complaints here, Kudos- I'm 100% satisfied and grateful! THANK YOU!!!

Phillip Duffy my service advisor was extremely professional and courteous throughout the entire repair process! He kept me apprised of the status via text and telephone. In today's world it seems customer service has declined but not with Service King and Mr. Duffy. He showed extreme care and conscientiousness. Having been a supervisor for many years I can honestly say he is exceptional and if I was hiring someone he would be the type employee I would want. Thanks again for your repair to my truck!
