This was my first experience with Service King. It could not have gone more smoothly. Phil Duffey was my service rep and he handled my repairs very professionally from the beginning. Phil was personable and listened carefully as I explained the damage to my car. I felt confident that he would take care of the repairs. He walked me through the process and I left feeling comfortable that everything would be handled by Phil.
