Chris was outstanding! Dropped of my Mercedes E350 becsuse it's Safeco proffered shop. Chris was very, very nice and repair price was great and most of all repaired my windshield and bumper in 3 days WOW!!!! Outstanding Job!! Chris thank you for making the process seamless!!! Repair took quite a bit longer than I think it should have. There was trouble with communication also. Messages being sent by my service rep but they didn't go out. I didn't receive most of them.

Body work and paint look really good but once I had already checked in the rental and paid my 500.00 deductible and headed down the road I noticed the front end was never aligned so now I have to take it back and drop it off again tomorrow.
