We had a bumper cover repaired on our car, after it was backed into. The bumper cover bracket had been damaged and the bumper cover was sticking out from the car. Upon picking up the car, it was mentioned to Sid that the body line between the rear quarter panel and the bumper cover didn't look right. He tried to give an explanation that sounded mostly like BS, but whatever.....we took the car. We drove straight home, and after the car sat in the sun a few hours, low and behold, the bumper cover broke loose from the subpar repair, and looks just like it did, only without the scratches. Naturally, my first suspicion was that the insurance company was charged for new brackets, and Service King made a failed attempt to repair the broken ones. I called and spoke with Sid and he says to bring it back in and it's a 10 minute fix, without even seeing the car, which doesn't change my suspicion that there was a problem that wasn't repaired correctly.

Scott really made me feel in good hands.. I was treated badly at bmw and Scott made it easy to feel in good hands.. I was very pleased with the customer service at Service King. Their staff was very friendly and quick. The front desk was exceptional! She was able to get me on the schedule almost immediately, and took care of getting me a ride to/from my rental car facility. I received status updates on my car during the repair process. The person managing my repair was so helpful and explained exactly would would be done to repair the vehicle. I hope I never have to go back, but if I do I will be a return customer.
