They need to work in the cleaning in the inside of the car... was some what clean but there was a lot of dust on the door, floor mats and dashboard..

My vehicle look great once I pick it up . Everyone knows that when you have to leave your card from an accident you are already inconvenience . When I walked in I was not greeted I had to listen to a personal phone call from the receptionist to her son or daughter are the while I’m needing to drop off my card to go to work . My service guy had however took the time to take a look at my car and emailed me my paperwork so I am grateful for that . Came to pick up my car my service guy was very nice but when I looked in my backseat there were footprints on my floor and in my back seat . Over all there should have been better customer service.

From when I walked into the door to picking up my car, my experience was great. Jake was extremely helpful through the whole process. He took a look at my car and then walked me through the steps the car would go through. My car was ready sooner than what I expected as well.

Jake went over and beyond getting my cars repairs completed not only timely, but ahead of schedule. He was so patient answering all of my questions and keeping me updated throughout the process. Great customer service and experience. Couldn’t have asked for a better process.
