Yesterday I picked up the car with deep scratches that were not in the car before, with what it seems a hit against a wall as the rear bumper and the area where the hit is are covered with white dust. In the pictures taken before leaving the car in Service King you can appreciate those weren’t there when I left the car to you. Additionally, if the car has been cleaned on the outside I can say then the hit and deep scratches have been done after cleaning the car. I picked up the car yesterday at 7pm and it was dark, so put my attention in the results of your work in the door, noticing some white dust but thinking it’s not important. When I left the car in my garage, with proper light, I easily noticed the hit and scratches, and as the person who gave me the car in Service King told me Wyatt is not in the office until Monday I decided to wait until Monday morning to speak with him directly. There is another new scratch inside the car, in the glove compartment, that wasn’t there, this one I cannot even understand as it’s inside the car! All in all, very dissapointed with the Service and will follow up with Service King and Geico to ask for responsibilities.

Justin is the best! Honest, informative, and knowledgeable. I can’t say ennough positive things. I would choose Service King over all other repair facilities and recommend Service Ling and Justin to everyone! Justin, I can’t thank you enough!

Everything went so smoothly! Very impressed with Kathy, my service advisor! She was always very friendly and kept me well informed from the estimate through to completion of repairs. I also loved the text updates and the convenience of the car rental right next door. The entire experience was very easy.
