Overall I'm very satisfied. Peter was communicative, prompt and did everything he could to get rid of old scratches not related to accident at no extra cost. Got my car back in just two days and paint job is stellar. Minor quibbles: the auto-generated texts (not the ones manually sent from Peter) were confusing and car came back with low air in one tire.

I drove my vehicle home. When I went to leave again, the front left headlight piece was popped out... protruding ridiculously from where it should be fastened. A new lil piece of a fastner was on the ground/pavement below. When touched...a 2nd piece of fastner clinked when it hit the ground. Witness present. Between Geico and Service King playing "good cop/bad/cop" routine throughout 11 days!! of repairing my car...this is unacceptable

I came in with a damaged bumper due to being rear ended. The representative told me it should be an easy patch job that would be relatively cheap. Then I showed him the estimated cost of repair from the insurance company that included a NEW BUMPER. He then said they left a lot of things out and it would cost more. It was my understanding that I would get either the new bumper, or a cheap repair job (hey, I could save a little money and not be in the hole 75 dollars for the car rental). Instead, He adusted their cost of repair to match the estimate which was supposed to be for a NEW BUMPER. In the end, I received a below average repair job (top of bumper is ripply, and the whole bumper is not the same white as the rest of the car), and all of this for what was supposed to be the cost of a NEW BUMPER, which is what I thought I was getting while I was waiting. I even sent him an email asking him if it would be costing more, because if so, I would need to contact the insurance company and inform them that they did not give me enough money for the new bumper. I talked to him on the phone during the repair time and he said he got my email (didn't reply) and that he had to adjust the price and do the patch job to get my car out to me quicker. Okay, now I know I'm getting a REALLY expensive patch job - this doesn't seem right. When I confronted him about it afterwards, he kept giving me the run around and obviously didn't want to make it right, even after I explained all of this to him. He even told me that the insurance company would NOT work with me for the extra money to fix the bumper (they told me the opposite). ?? Still unsure what to do from this point. HIGHLY UNSATISFIED.

Service King did an amazing job with a side of awesomeness with creating an environment of great customer service. Especially staff member Matt, he made sure I was taking care of due to any questions, issues or concerns I had he was able to provide assistance as well as provide updates on the repairs of my car "black pearl" via text! The collision repair team did a magnificent job on the car repairs. Thank you! I appreciate the time and effort that was put in to ensure my needs as well as my car needs were met!
