Everything was awesome with the exception of one detail. My vehicle had a decal on the back bumper that said “Altima” on it. The bumper was replaced, but the decal was not replaced. It is a small detail, but I think Service King should advise if decals are going to be removed and not replaced. Thank you.

By allowing them to text me updates, I was made aware of almost every move my truck made during the repair process. That was in addition to the phone calls from David Steele who was managing my repair. He and the main technician Daniel went above and beyond to make sure my truck was in even better condition than before the accident!! They really care!!

Told car would be ready on 12/26. It wasn’t. Then told 12/29. It wasn’t. Received text that it was ready. Went to pick up car. Was told it wasn’t ready. Told guy was on his way from Arlington to put on stripes, and that it would be ready FOR SURE TODAY. Told to go run errands for an hour or two. It wasn’t ready again. No one has called. Car is still there. Completely unacceptable. Very disappointed about being misled. Get your act together. This is second chance we’ve given Service King. Won’t be back a third should the need arise. First vehicle was never fixed properly.

There are deep scratches in the chrome molding around the front passenger window. I’m still waiting for the chrome molding for both windows on the passenger side. I would like the chrome replaced on the window as well. The repairs took 2 weeks longer than estimated to me. I had no problems with Kendra. She is a good employee. A little more communication would be great. I have used Service King in the past at a different location with not great results. I thought I would give it another chance at the Grand Prairie location. If the molding issue is resolved, I will give you a great review. Thank you.

Was disappointed that service king wasn't able to complete the repairs. However I was extremely satisfied with the personnel and their communication with me and the sending my Bmw to a BMW repair shop.

We arrived 10 minutes late yet the technician was very cordial and reassuring. We were kept informed on the status of repairs which were completed a day earlier than promised. Overall we are very pleased with the service and professionalism.

The repairs were great. My assistant Jennifer Gynn, was amazing. However, the receptionist, Rachel was not very friendly not welcoming to customers. In fact she was rude. She was the only negative aspect of my otherwise outstanding experience with Service King
